Job Opening in MNC Bank for "Junior Sales Officer ".
MNC Bank is hiring Graduates in any stream for this position into it 's Payroll.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate( B.tech. and Diploma Candidates are not eligible).
Applicants should not exceed 26 years of age as on joining date.
Job Description:
Sales of Current A/C, Savings A/C, all the liability products of the Bank. Handling HNI customers and retaining the investments with the Bank. Identifying potential clients and acquiring them for the Bank. Identifying the competitors in the respective demography and acquiring clients from them.
Hiring Procedure:
1. Enrollment at New Generation
2. Online Aptitude test(Dificulty Level: Easy)
Comprising of: Reasoning,English,Mathes
3. Personal Interview (On Qualifying Aptitude Test)
4. The candidate will be on 30 days training by ITM at Raipur (Chattisgarh) in ITM University Campus. (All expenditures including Travelling, Fooding and Accommodation will be borne by MNC Bank.)
Salary:
1. On completion of the training, the applicant would undergo a
two-month on-job-training. During this training period, the applicant will be paid an all inclusive gross salary of Rs. 7400/- (Rupees Seven thousand four hundred only) per month. This is subject to necessary taxes and deductions.
2. On successful completion of the training, the applicant will join mnc Bank in any of the designated Branch of it in the post of Jr. Sales Officer at an annual CTC of Rs. 1.60 Lacs (Non-Metro) & 1.85 Lacs (Metro)
